ABOUT THE PROJECT:
VITAL Ventures was built on a simple but powerful idea: that adventure becomes more meaningful when you’re prepared for it, supported through it, and changed by it.
Caroline partnered with founder Libby in the early stages of the brand to help shape how that idea came to life - through positioning, storytelling, and a clear path to market. Together, they translated VITAL’s training-first philosophy into compelling experiences, grounded messaging, and a narrative that connects preparation, community, and transformation.
Her work spanned brand strategy, destination marketing, and content direction across VITAL’s first flagship adventures, including Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim and the Kenai Tri Adventure in Alaska. From building sales pages to designing a cohesive content ecosystem, Caroline helped create the structure and storytelling needed to attract, engage, and convert VITAL’s growing audience.
She also supported the brand in the field - guiding content capture before each trip and shaping it into thoughtful, high-performing assets after. One reel alone generated four qualified leads for the Kenai Adventure within 24 hours of posting.
Alongside consumer-facing work, Caroline refined VITAL’s partnership materials, helping position the brand for B2B opportunities and future expansion.
The result: a sold-out Alaska expedition, strong momentum for upcoming trips, and a clear, scalable foundation for VITAL’s continued growth.
